All around the country an endearing
phenomenon spearheaded by the senior community is taking root. It is
the rise of Senior Theater as a vehicle to highlight the talents of creative
folks over fifty.
Our mission is to contribute to the arts and the community by making
theatre more accessible to older artists and audiences;
to educate seniors who participate in theater arts;
to dispel myths about aging;
to educate the community by bringing a positive image of aging;
and to celebrate the talents of older artists.
We are dedicated to improving the quality of
life for our older adults by reaching across the barriers of age and
fostering an understanding of community through participation on the arts.
